• Account information: name and email address when you register
• Google account data: when you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we access your site performance data (search queries, clicks, impressions, sessions) using read-only permissions
• Workspace data: domain names, keywords, and business details you enter during onboarding
• Usage data: pages visited and features used within the app

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide SEO analysis, recommendations, and reports for your connected workspaces
• To generate AI-powered content suggestions using the data from your connected Google services
• To send team invitation emails when you invite collaborators
• To improve the platform and fix issues

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Google API Data

Enviseo uses the following Google APIs with read-only access:

• Google Search Console API — to retrieve search performance data for your verified sites
• Google Analytics API — to retrieve traffic and user behavior data for your properties

We only access data for workspaces you explicitly connect. Data is stored securely in our database and used solely to provide the features of this platform. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., AI providers for generating recommendations).

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) databases hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. API keys are stored encrypted. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at sfx.optimize@gmail.com.

7. Third-Party Services

Enviseo integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google (Search Console, Analytics) — for SEO data
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI — for AI-generated recommendations
• Resend — for transactional emails (team invitations)
• DataForSEO — for keyword research data

You can disconnect Google services at any time from the Settings page within your workspace.
